Stone house in Dubrovnik, only 150 meters from Stradun. The house was built in 1667 and acquired its current form in 1860. The ground floor features the oldest preserved Gothic-Renaissance stone elements, as well as Gothic consoles supporting the first-floor balcony.
In 1667, Dubrovnik was struck by a strong earthquake, which likely partially damaged the house, giving it its irregular shape and configuration. The house combines a palace in the front part and a traditional house in the back.
The base of the house is 320 m². It consists of 3 floors and an attic with a 250 m² terrace offering a beautiful view of the Old Town, as well as a garden with a 50 m² terrace featuring an old fig tree. The house has stone vaults, a basement, and 8 apartments, each occupying an area of 40 m². The ground floor is designated for a restaurant.
The house is in a condition that requires complete restoration/renovation to become functional and modernized. Considering that Dubrovnik’s Old Town has over 200 overnight stays annually, this house presents an ideal investment opportunity.
